Meet our Adoptable Cats!

Lacy is a very sweet, loving lap cat that was once a staff favorite at the Greenville Shelter. She loves to play with other cats, but respects boundaries when her friends are not as eager to wrestle. In the beginning, she will be shy and tremble. But once she warms up to you and becomes comfortable with her surroundings she seeks out attention, laps, and pets. She will need a family to be extra patient and loving with her. 

Ren and Stimpy are a bonded pair of sisters rescued from the Longview Shelter last year at 4 weeks. Malnourished, sick, and with no sign that she would pull through, we had given up all hope that little Ren would live through the night. Thanks for her wonderful foster, she's here today with her sister to find her forever family! Ren is her sisters shadow. She isn't as big a fan of cuddles and pets as her sister, being more independent in that aspect, but on her time she seeks out love and is always up for some rough housing with her sister!

Stimpy and Ren are a bonded pair of sisters rescued from the Longview shelter last year at 4 weeks old. These 2 were thin, sickly and no one anticipated that they would pull through, but here they are! Stimpy is more social and affectionate than her sister. She is the first to come when called. Her favorite things are having her her belly rubbed, cuddling in bed and playing with her sister! 

Cherry was abandoned in a small east Texas town after her owners moved and left her  and Mr. Butters outside to fend for themselves. Cherry is very sweet, an Olympic medal cuddle bug and absolutely adores attention anywhere she can get it!  She is a still a kitten and loves to play with her brother. She would do best with another cat or kitten to keep her occupied.

Mr. Butters is part Orange Tabby so we won't tell you he's the sharpest tool in the shed. But what he lacks in IQ he makes up in charm! This guy, like his sister Cherry, was left in a small town after his family moved on. Mr. Butters is VERY energetic. He loves to cuddle you like most orange boys do, and he seeks out your attention. Look at that sweet face! He would do best with another cat to play with in his new home. If you've been looking for that wonderful new addition, Butters may just be it!

Ruffles is such a unique cat! She has beautiful medium length fur, white eyeliner accenting her pickle green eyes and her belly is full of spots! But what truly makes Ruffles beautiful is her sweet disposition. She loves crinkly sacks and tunnels, but can get a little nervous around too much chaos. She prefers to curl up on the back of the couch in peace instead of being carried around. Watching old Perry Mason reruns in a marathon? Don't threaten her with a good time! Ruffles is your girl, she loves her pets and attention and will be a really special addition to your family!

Jeeves is a handsome little tuxedo male that appeared with a mixed litter of 4 kittens near the end of October scratching at the back door of a rural home outside of Winnsboro. His estimated age is about 7 months old. Despite a rough start, he is a happy, healthy, energetic, playful kitten that is ready to find his forever home! He loves chasing and jumping for wand toys, and he makes cat friends easily. He is ready to be a part of a forever family! 

Asher is the most fun and handsome cat! He is a playful ball of energy and affection. He enjoys other cats very much so his new family must have a cat he can play with. Asher is a beautiful tabby and white boy that was rescued from a residence in East Texas with a cat overpopulation problem. His siblings kept meeting very unfortunate fates from the people that fed them or the the busy highway in front of the house. Thankfully we were able to help some of the cats make it to safety, and Asher thanks his foster every day for making that possible. He enjoys headbutts and snuggles and is waiting patiently on a home of his own to rest easy in.

Dolly is a striking white diva with a personality as bold and charming as her appearance. With her gorgeous green eyes that seem to sparkle with mischief, and a tiny patch of black fur on her head, she’s impossible to ignore. Dolly carries herself with grace and confidence, owning every room she enters like the star she is.

While she may have a little diva attitude, she’s also friendly and loves to receive pets and attention from her humans. Dolly gets along well with the other cats and enjoys socializing in a way that’s always on her own terms. Whether she’s lounging in her favorite spot or gracefully interacting with her feline friends, she’s the kind of cat who knows exactly what she wants and isn't afraid to ask for it.

Jelly Bean is a sweet, silver marble tabby with a heart of gold and a personality as unique as her coat. With her soft, luxurious fur and mesmerizing golden eyes, she’s an absolute stunner. Though she may not always be the biggest fan of other cats, Jelly Bean is a tolerant and gentle soul who’s always ready to show affection to those she loves.

Found as a tiny kitten with her three siblings at an East Texas lake, Jelly Bean’s early life was shared with her feral mother, who was later TNR'd. The little family was rescued by the Catty Shack, where she and her siblings were given a chance at a loving home. While all her siblings have since been adopted, Jelly Bean is still waiting for the perfect person to call her own.

A playful spirit at heart, Jelly Bean loves to romp and frolic, but what she loves most is snuggling up close for a cozy cuddle. Her delicate nature shines through in everything she does, making her a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a loyal, affectionate, and playful kitten to share their life with.

Pringle is such a handsome, super sweet boy! He adores his humans and if you're lucky he will follow you around and stretch up to you and put his paws on your legs to remind you he is there and would be so thankful for some wet food! He has a beautifully confident personality and enjoys engaging with the other cats. He is especially playful with his beloved siblings. He is curious and loves inspecting new things but his favorite pastime will always being purring so loudly and snuggling with his people at bedtime. Pringle would love to join a household with another cat and would be particularly thankful for his own little humans too! 

Sun Chip is a Sweet, quiet and very patient little girl. She is very food motivated with her wet food and will follow you to the kitchen and sit like a dog waiting for you to reward her. She is much more reserved than her siblings but she does enjoy wand toys. She loves to be held and will learn into your chest when you pick her up. Her human is going to be the most special person in her life and be gifted nightly biscuit making sessions and snuggles at bedtime. SunChip is currently undergoing treatment but will be available for adoption just in time to celebrate the 4th of July with her new family! Could that be you?

Spice is a gentle and reserved soul at first, but with time and affection, she opens up and reciprocates the love she receives. She thrives in the serene atmosphere of an older home, where peace reigns. A solitary spirit, she prefers the company of humans alone, having learned through her years on the streets to cherish her personal space. Spice delights in quiet moments, especially indulging in naps and leisurely lounging in a calm, tranquil environment. She would be a fantastic addition to an established home.

Sasha has had a rough start to life as a stray but has somehow learned to trust humans. She is very affectionate, likes to tell you how her day is, and very well mannered. She is box trained and doesn’t scratch on furniture. Sasha does seem to do well with other cats and could likely learn to trust a dog that doesn’t charge her. She is ready to live the good life and be someone’s lap kitty!
